Polly Paintbrush's Web Site does not employ cookies, so the only information
we will collect from you upon your visit is the information that you supply
when you complete one of our forms, such as you might to place an order
or request to be added to our E-mail Update List.
Polly Paintbrush will not send any unsolicited e-mail, unless you check the
box on one of the forms allowing us to keep you updated on new products,
specials and promotions.
Polly Paintbrush will NEVER share ANY of your information with ANY third
party.
Notice to Parents of Children under the age of 13
This statement is made in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy
Protection Act (C.O.P.P.A.), which became law on April 21, 2000. It applies to
parents of children under the age of 13 that visit our site.
Before we can fill an order or even collect an e-mail address from your child,
we must have your permission. You may grant your permission
either by e-mail, fax, mail or telephone.
To add you to our E-mail Update List or to accept an order from you, we will
collect only the information that you or your child supplies on our form, which
may or may not include telephone and credit card numbers, aside from your mail
address.
Before we can place your child's e-mail address on our list, we must have your
permission.
This is the reason that we ask for your e-mail address on the Parental Permission form.
We will only use your e-mail address to contact you to get your
permission to allow us to send your child e-mail whenever we have any
specials or promotions.
Any time we collect any information from your child, you have the right to
request that we supply you with this information.
We will NEVER share your information with ANY third party, and if we
inadvertently collect information from your child without your permission and
against your wishes, upon notice thereof, it will be deleted from our system.
